Citrus Marinated Fish Tacos Recipe Wins One of Four Top Prizes

Parcell recently took home top honors in a national recipe contest from Dream Dinners, Inc., the nation’s leading meal assembly chain. Out of hundreds of entries, Parcell’s “Citrus Marinated Fish Tacos” recipe wowed the Dream Dinners judges to win the “seafood” category. In addition to receiving a $500 Dream Dinners gift certificate for her top dish, Parcell’s winning recipe will also appear on the March 2010 menu selection in all Dream Dinners stores across the United States.

Parcell’s recipe stood out for its fresh citrus-infused marinade, giving a healthy yet flavorful spin on everyday fish tacos. Not only has Parcell lost weight by using Dream Dinners, but she’s also reconnected with an old friend.
