Hello. I have talked it over w/my husband, Jeff and we are thinking about ordering some meals from you. I love the crock-pot beef meal and will look at the Feb menu for choices. With me going back to work and having a busy schedule it's nice to have meals there that don't need a lot of time. I loved the meals from before and can't wait to try some more.

Thanks,
Cara Huiner

Joan,
Look for the Heart Healthy icon on our menus to easily find dinners with lower calories, sodium and fat. Also, because you assemble the meals yourself, you can skip adding any additional salt from some recipes making the sodium levels even lower, many stores have a sugar substitute when necessary and whole grain options for rice, spaghetti and fettuccine.

To find which meals that might be right for you, download the nutritionals for our menus here: http://dreamdinners.com/main.php?static=ms_menusandsessions before ordering.

Thanks for your inquiry!

What a success! Dinner was wonderful. I was a little leery of the green bean casserole and stuffing since they were a bit different, but they were great! I have a double oven. One small perfect for the stuffing and beans and a large one for the turkey, While the turkey was resting I raised the temp in the main oven and cooked the biscuits and sweet potatoes. (Masher and gravy were done on the stove top). The turkey was was done in about 4 hour total and was moist and delicious. Everything was finished at the same time:) Hooray ( and throw the pans away)!

Debra, We are very sorry for the inconsistency. I will definitely forward to food development to make sure this doesn't happen next year. Please finish cooking the turkey at the same temperature you will be cooking your side dishes. Make sure to watch the temperature on the turkey more than just the time it is in the oven to make sure it doesn't over cook.

Happy Thanksgiving!

OK, I am trying to figure out why the above cooking timeline does does work as instructed since the stuffing & green beans go in the oven @ 375, not 325. Do I put the sides in early @ the low 325 OR finish off the turkey @ 375, or remove the turkey for an hour while the sides cook?? for me cooking is about timing bringing it out all @ the same time. My turkey has been in for a half hour & already I am frustrated..
