Sometimes it can be hard to figure out what to do with leftovers. Here are some great ideas that can add a little creativity to your lunch menu. Cold Pasta Salad

Make a delicious cold pasta salad. Just add some shredded carrots and chopped green onions to the leftovers and mix.

Caribbean Pork Roast with Honey Mustard Sauce

How about a delicious steak sandwich using warm, leftover steak, served on a toasted French roll with gorgonzola butter, lettuce, sliced tomato and red onion.
