It’s Halftime!

Make your next gathering of friends and family to watch the game memorable. We have several dinners that double as great football solutions that will have them cheering and you on the couch watching with them.

Everyone will be at your house to watch the game, so order more than one!

Buffalo Ranch Chicken – These make the best chicken burgers! Just toast some hamburger buns to serve them on. Pair it with some BBQ potato chips and watermelon. A healthier and more filling alternative to “wings”.

Chicken and White Bean Chili with Corn Fritters – Great crock pot recipe from frozen. A meal you can cozy up with to watch the game. Serve it in mugs for easy eating.

Chicken with Honey, Garlic & Orange – Need an appetizer? Cut the chicken into bite size pieces, cook it, sauce it and serve a sweet chili sauce on the side for dipping. Yum!

Honey Pecan Pork Roast with Cranberry Applesauce – Cook it the night before or if you have leftovers, slices of this pork roast make a delicious sandwich. Add the cranberry applesauce as your condiment and a slice of lettuce!

The white bean chickien chili has corn fritters. II was wondering if I can bake the corn fritters instead of doing them in the pan.

    Thanks

      Teresa,
It is not recommended to bake the fritters because of how thin they are. We do not feel they would cook right. But if you are up for experimenting you could try adding the liquid in small amounts until it forms a thick cake like batter and then bake them in a muffin tin. We don’t know how long but you might try 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Again we have never tried this. Good luck.
