To serve your Meatball Marinara Stuffed French Bread as an appetizer:

  1. After baking as directed, let rest 10 minutes.  

  2. Place a tooth pick diagonally through the French bread, meatball and other side of French bread.

  3. Slice between each meatball, leaving tooth pick in to serve.

  2. Bake in 375 oven 30 -45 min until brown.

To make Greek Chicken Flatbread:

  1. Cut the chicken in bite size pieces and cook as directed.

  2. Toast a  store-bought pizza crust or flat bread, top with ¼ cup olive oil and 2 Tablespoons (or more) minced garlic, broil until golden 1 -2 min.  

  3. Place the cooked chicken on the flatbread, cover with feta cheese and broil 1  – 2 min just until the cheese starts to melt.

  4. Top with ¼ cup fresh chopped parsley and serve.

Turn Your Dream Dinners into Appetizers

Creamy Tortellini with Bacon
Boil the tortellini and place 2 – 3 on a 6-inch skewer, place on large serving platter and refrigerate. Before serving, heat the sauce as directed and pour over the skewers.

Want to get extra fancy? Pick up some mini appetizer forks and bowls. We used this set by Mozaik. Prepare tortellini per cooking instructions. Then place three tortellini in each bowl and serve with mini forks.

  • Outlaw Chicken Sliders – Great dish to serve at your football event. Bring out a platter of these and you will score!
  • Canadian Bacon Stuffed French Bread – Perfect half time food for home or to take to the game. Unwrap from foil and cut into 1 inch slices, rewrap the foil tightly and bake as directed. Serve hot with chips and salad.
