Dreamy Cream Pie Recipe

Go ahead and make three batches at a time of this dreamy dessert: one for tonight, one for a friend, and one to serve from the freezer to your unexpected company. Nothing beats the delicious combination of chocolate and peanut butter.

Dreamy Peanut Butter and Chocolate Cream Pie

Ingredients
  1. 1 cup Chocolate syrup
  2. 1 Store-bought graham cracker crust
  3. 1 1/2 cups (12 ounces) Nonfat cream cheese
  4. 1 1/2 cups Sugar
  5. 1 1/2 cups Low-fat nondairy whipped topping
  6. 1 1/2 cups Peanut butter
  7. 1/4 cup (1 ounce) Chopped peanuts
Instructions
  1. Spread 1/2 cup chocolate syrup into the bottom of your graham cracker crust.
  2. In a large bowl, blend the cream cheese & sugar together with a handheld electric mixer, on medium speed, until fluffy.
  3. Add the whipped topping & peanut butter and mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into the crust, mounding it slightly in the middle.
  5. Drizzle the remaining 1/2 cup chocolate syrup over top and sprinkle with nuts.
  6. Freeze overnight.
  7. Serve frozen.
Notes
  1. To freeze
  2. Cover with foil, forming a dome to prevent smashing the pie, and place in a deep rigid container with a lid. Label, date and freeze for up to 3 months.

Ingredients
  1. Nonstick Cooking Spray
  2. 1 Box yellow cake mix (1 pound 2.25 ounces)
  3. 5 cups Fresh or frozen rhubarb, coarsely chopped
  4. 1 cup Sugar
  5. 1/2 Tsp Ground cinnamon
  6. 1 Box powdered raspberry gelatin (3 ounce box)
  7. 1 Lemon, zested
  8. 1/2 cup Low fat yogurt based spread or butter, melted
Instructions
  1. Spray 9 x 13” baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Spread dry cake mix in bottom of baking dish.
  3. Spread rhubarb over top of cake mix
  4. Sprinkle sugar, cinnamon & gelatin over rhubarb.
  5. Scatter lemon zest on top & drizzle evenly with melted spread.
  6. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  7. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour until top is golden brown & crisp.
