Parmesan Pesto Salmon Salad with Cheese Crisp

Ingredients
  1. Leftover Dream Dinners Parmesan Pesto Salmon with Cheese Crisps
  2. 1-2 cups of your favorite salad greens, we recommend romaine
  3. Your favorite vinaigrette
Instructions
  1. In bowl, add your salad greens.
  2. Cut salmon into nice strips or simply break into small bite-sized pieces and place atop your salad greens.
  3. Add in you vinaigrette and toss to coat thoroughly.
  4. Serve with cheese crisps on the side.
