Instant Pot Cooking Instructions
Thaw in the refrigerator.
- Add pork tenderloin to Instant Pot. Brush pork tenderloin with spiced glaze from portion cup. Add ½ cup water to the Instant Pot and seal the lid.
- Program to cook for 5 minutes under HIGH pressure. It should take 8 to 10 minutes to come up to pressure. After the cooking time is up, let the pressure naturally release for 5 minutes, then quick-release any remaining pressure. Remove pork tenderloin from the pressure cooker and check the internal temperature. (Internal temp. of 145°F. Cooking times may vary due to size of the tenderloin.)
- While the pork tenderloin is cooking in the Instant Pot, add 2 Tbsp. of water into sauce bag. Pour sauce into a small saucepan heat on low for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally until heated.
- Slice tenderloin into 1/4″ slices. Drizzle honey mustard sauce over sliced tenderloin. Serve and enjoy!
** Tenderloin can be safely served lightly pink in the center.
