Instant Pot Cooking Instructions
Thaw in the refrigerator.
- Set Instant Pot to SAUTE. Add chicken and brown for 3-4 minutes. Add cashews and continue cooking until cashews start to brown, 2-3 minutes.
- Add sauce, dry linguine, and 1 cup of water. Be sure to stir pasta in liquid, wetting the noodles. Seal and lock lid.
- Pressure cook on HIGH for 2 minutes. Leave on natural release for 5 minutes and then manually release any remaining pressure.
- Give pasta and sauce a stir. Serve immediately.
