Instant Pot Cooking Instructions

Thaw in the refrigerator.

  1. Set Instant Pot to SAUTE. Add 1 Tbsp of oil to the bottom of the pressure cooker. Add chicken breasts and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add vegetable mix, white wine, sauce base, and ½ cup water or broth to pot and stir.
  3. Pressure cook on HIGH for 10 minutes. Leave on natural release for 5 minutes and then manually release any remaining pressure.
  4. To serve: Evenly distribute vegetables and sauce over chicken.
