Instant Pot: Grilled Bruschetta Chicken

Although the Instant Pot takes the “grilled” out of the Grilled Bruschetta Chicken, the fresh Italian flavors are only intensified.

Instant Pot Cooking Instructions

Thaw in the refrigerator.

  1. Set Instant Pot to SAUTE. Add 1 Tbsp of oil to the bottom of the pressure cooker.
  2. Remove chicken from marinade and brown chicken 2 minutes per side.
  3. Add sauce and ½ cup of water to the pressure cooker, coating seared chicken breasts. Seal the Instant Pot and make sure the pressure valve is closed. Set to HIGH pressure for 10 minutes.
  4. After 10 minutes, do a quick-release of the pressure (the chicken should have an internal temp of 165°F). Serve immediately.
