Instant Pot Cooking Instructions
Thaw in the refrigerator.
- Set Instant Pot to SAUTE. Add 1 Tbsp of oil to the bottom of the pressure cooker.
- Remove chicken from marinade and brown chicken 2 minutes per side.
- Add sauce and ½ cup of water to the pressure cooker, coating seared chicken breasts. Seal the Instant Pot and make sure the pressure valve is closed. Set to HIGH pressure for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, do a quick-release of the pressure (the chicken should have an internal temp of 165°F). Serve immediately.
