Instant Pot: Italiano Chicken and Orzo

Instant Pot Cooking Instructions

Thaw in the refrigerator.

  1. Set Instant Pot to SAUTE. Add 1 Tbsp of oil to the bottom of the pressure cooker.
  2. Add chicken mixture, and allow to brown for about 5-6 minutes.
  3. Stir in the seasoned tomato mixture to blend, then add the orzo and ½ cup of water.
  4. Program to cook on HIGH for 7 minutes. Leave on natural release for 5 minutes, then quick-release any remaining pressure. Open the lid and stir.
  5. Top with cheese and serve immediately.
