Rice dishes are one of the most beloved to make in an Instant Pot!
Depending on the rice, it can cut down cooking time in half or more. Our jambalaya is no exception!
Instant Pot Cooking Instructions
Thaw in the refrigerator.
- Empty contents of the aluminum pan into the Instant Pot. Add sauce and stir to combine.
- Lock the lid and cook on Manual HIGH for 8 minutes, then allow a Natural Pressure Release for 5 minutes, followed by a manual release of the remaining pressure.
- Stir the rice mixture, then stir in the shrimp. Replace the Instant Pot lid and allow the ingredients to heat through for 8-10 minutes in the residual heat.
