    The white bean chickien chili has corn fritters. II was wondering if I can bake the corn fritters instead of doing them in the pan.

      It is not recommended to bake the fritters because of how thin they are. We do not feel they would cook right. But if you are up for experimenting you could try adding the liquid in small amounts until it forms a thick cake like batter and then bake them in a muffin tin. We don’t know how long but you might try 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Again we have never tried this. Good luck.
