Transcript: One thing I always do when I entertain, and I can’t really entertain without doing this first, is I pull out the serving dishes that I am going to use for the dinner or lunch or brunch and write my menu on these sticky notes and put it in the bottom of each serving dish.

I pull out what utensils I want and I add them to the dish and then put them in a box and store them away. That way when I am ready to entertain, I pull out that box and everyone knows how they can help me. The mashed potatoes go in the mashed potato bowl because you have it all labeled.
