August 10th is National S’mores Day, so consider this your excuse to celebrate the last few weeks of summer with a classic campfire treat. Go for the traditional graham cracker, milk chocolate, and marshmallow combo or try something new by substituting in a favorite candy bar for the chocolate or adding fresh fruit slices.

S’mores are the perfect dessert to conclude an outdoor barbecue. Grill our summer favorite, Buffalo Ranch Chicken Burgers, or our new Turkey Florentine Burgers on Pretzel Buns. Both meals are great for eating outside and are sure to be crowd-pleasers if you are inviting friends over. After dinner, build a fire or use the grill to roast a few s’mores and have fun trying new combinations!
Do you have an original combination to share?
One of my favorite twists on S’Mores is popping a golden brown marshmallow in between two Thin Mint Girl Scout cookies!
Wow. That sounds delicious!!
