Arroz Con Pollo Wraps

Ingredients

  • Dream Dinners Arroz con Pollo Dinner/Leftovers
  • Flour tortillas
  • Shredded cabbage blend
  • Fresh chopped cilantro
  • Sliced avocado

Instructions

  1. Divide the rice and chicken evenly between the tortillas.
  2. Arrange sliced avocado and shredded cabbage on top of the chicken mixture.
  3. Sprinkle with cilantro.
  4. Fold up ends of tortillas, then roll wraps and cut in half.

    What a great idea! Great for ‘cheating’ and cooking up a large dinner which you eat half of that night, then have the other half for lunches a day or two later.
