Many of our meals on this month’s menu are appetizer ready! It’s easy to turn these dinners into delicious bites for any holiday gathering. Instead of spending hours prepping food in the kitchen, you’ll be able to join the party and enjoy time with family and friends.
Creamy Tortellini with Bacon
Boil the tortellini and place 2 – 3 on a 6-inch skewer, place on large serving platter and refrigerate. Before serving, heat the sauce as directed and pour over the skewers.
Want to get extra fancy? Pick up some mini appetizer forks and bowls. We used this set by Mozaik. Prepare tortellini per cooking instructions. Then place three tortellini in each bowl and serve with mini forks.
Golden Shrimp with Parmesan Risotto
Thread three shrimp on a 6-inch skewer, roll in the Panko and butter as directed, and place on a sprayed baking sheet. Bake for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown.
If you have appetizer serving spoons, you can serve these with Parmesan Risotto. Cook as directed. Then place a spoonful of Parmesan Risotto on each spoon. Top with one golden shrimp each.
Steak Caprese on Garlic Bread Crostini
This appetizer combines the light fresh flavors of our Steak Caprese with our Finishing Touch Garlic Bread.
To start, grill or broil steaks as instructed. Let rest. Prepare Garlic Bread using the Crostini instructions. Thinly slice steak and place two to three slices on each piece of bread. Top with tomatoes, basil pesto and mozzarella. Place back in the oven to melt the cheese.
Sesame Glazed Meatballs
Cook as directed and skewer each with a toothpick for a savory treat. Add a drizzle of sauce for a pretty presentation.
Parmesan Chicken Sliders
A platter of these appetizer-sized sandwiches will be a big hit. Cook as instructed then cut diagonally.
