Twist on our Mexican Meatballs

If you don’t have the patience to form 20 some meatballs for dinner, consider making 6 Mexican Burgers!

Combine beef and seasoning mixture in a bowl; form into nice, tight patties. Be careful when turning them as they may try to fall apart a little.

Pairs deliciously on a bun with a slice of pepper jack cheese, and a dollop of sour cream and salsa. Add some chips and salsa on the side for a perfect Dream Dinner with the Monday Night Football game!

Another great idea is Mexican meatloaf! Combine beef and seasoning mixture in a bowl; form into meatloaf (in sprayed baking pan). Pour sauce over meatloaf and bake at 350°F for 60-70 min. (internal temp. 160°F).

what are the cooking instructions for making them into burgers…grill, stovetop, oven? temp? how long to cook per side? etc…Thanks!!!!

    1. Laura,
You can make the Mexican Meatballs recipe into burgers for the grill. Mix in the seasonings with the ground beef and form individual hamburger patties. You have to form a nice, tight patty. While cooking, be careful when turning them because they can start to fall apart a little. Time to cook each one will depend on the individual burger sizes you form. They are delicious on a bun, you can use pepper jack cheese on top for a little extra kick. Hope the turn out for you!
