This menu item is brand new to our recipe collection and deliciously fun! Here is an alternative to fajitas or a great idea for leftovers; homemade taco salad.
To make the tortilla shell, use an empty, clean, large tin can (it is a good idea to remove the outside paper label as well)! Heat the oven to 375, place the can in the oven with the tortilla centered on the top of the can, as it cooks it will drape down over the can and crisp up in about 10 minutes. Set aside to cool, then layer inside black beans, chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes and onions, add chilled or warm fajita mix and sprinkle with cheese! Enjoy.
I was thrilled to see your informative commercial on T.V. this am. I and my husband both have been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. He is bed bound while I am in remission. I could come to one of your stores and prepare several meals for us to eat at a later meal-time. Chronic fatigue plagues all with this horrible disease. Now, the problem is that we live in Fort Smith, Arkansas and no stores are listed. WE REALLY NEED YOU AND YOUR SERVICES! I know there are a lot of busy people in our city who could benefit from Dream Dinners program. Please help us…… Thank you.. Liz and Larry Ulmer
We are sorry to hear your family is not doing well. We know you could truly benefit from our service. If you are interested or know someone who might be interested in starting their own Dream Dinners business in your area please contact our customer service department for more information. We wish your family well in the new year!
